1. Shipping Rates and Estimates
We aim to keep our shipping costs simple and predictable. We currently offer a standardized flat-rate shipping model:
- Shipping Fee: Flat Rate (Calculated at checkout).
- Sales Tax: 0% (No additional tax charges applied at checkout).
2. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
We understand that timing is critical in Construction Management and related services. Our total delivery time is estimated between 10 to 12 business days, broken down as follows:
- Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday to Friday). This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
- Transit Time: 9 – 11 business days (Monday to Friday). This is the time it takes for the carrier to deliver the package from our facility to your destination.
3. Order Cut-off Time
To ensure your order begins processing on the same day, please note our cut-off time:
- Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.
4. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we provide shipping services within the United States. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid delays. For specialized logistics related to construction sites or remote areas, please contact us directly before placing your order.
5. Tracking Your Shipment
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress via the carrier’s website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
RIGGS HOUSE LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we value our customers and will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has entered the handling phase or has been shipped, we cannot modify the destination.
