You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item or service confirmation to initiate a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Note: Certain professional services or customized construction management consultations may have specific terms outlined in your service contract.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Inspection and Approval

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

5. Refunds to Original Payment Method

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal or Stripe).

  • Processing Time: The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your card issuer’s or payment provider’s policies.
  • PayPal: Usually takes 3–5 business days.
  • Stripe/Credit Card: Typically takes 5–10 business days to reflect on your bank statement.

6. Partial Refunds and Restocking Fees

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or PayPal, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
