RIGGS HOUSE LLC (“Company”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

1. Notice of Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through solediamondltd.com by completing a Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our Designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of the Notice as described below, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged material from the Site.

2. DMCA Notice Requirements

To be effective, the notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may provide us with a written counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or San Joaquin County, California, if your address is outside of the United States).

5. Repeat Infringers
